Try changing from 3G to 4G or vice versa. And make sure you have internet data as well.

If you’re staying outside Accra! Go onto the website and switch the network from 4G to 3G. Or check if you have Data

Did you put the sim correctly? Is there data on it? Make sure you turn 3g to 4g or 4-3g and see.

It comes with a default password which you can change. So I don’t know if you have changed it. But some phones you’ve got to send it close to the device to connect it.

You clearly won’t have any indication it’s fully charged as there’s no indicator. So just for little over an hour. I think you’re good to go.
I just checked. It has a light that shows red when it’s low and blue when it’s full.
No, you have to charge until the blue light on the charging indicator goes off. If you don't, you won't get an extended battery life.
