Hi, this looks delicious! I do have a question- I’m thinking of adding this dish to my food truck menu- how long will this last without getting stuck together - need it to last for a 3-5 hour window in a steam table

Hey hey! I won’t recommend making it the night before... these noodles tend to spoil quickly. Once not overcooked they won’t stick together much. It can last up 6 hours safely from the time prepared in the steam table.
So I can cook it the morning of and put it fresh in the steam pan? Can I boil the noodles the night before and toss them in oil and store in a ziploc bag?
Just looking for quick ways to do things so I’m not jammed the day of 👀

Yea you can put it fresh in the steam pan. I won’t recommend boiling the noodles the night before. They don’t take long to boil though so preparing in the morning is the better and safer option. I made the noodles for an event once and it spoiled very quickly so try to prepare and serve as fresh as possible.
This seems to be chicken noodle soup! All that water in it...
Stew chicken noodle soup you can call it if you want lol… but no the sauce actually gets soaked up by the noodles
