The interview was a little awkward. Ryan's slight laugh after the kisses comment was telling. Danny is a pro, but kissing either same or opposite sex is a task. It has nothing to do with commitment, sexuality, or desire. . It's your job. I'm not that convinced that Ryan is all in with it.
To be honest though, both of them, Ryan and Danny look awkward when kissing. You'd see their face freeze as soon as their lips lock. They look like they just stuck their tongue to a frozen street post. If you've watched Christian and Oli from this German Soap, Verbotene Liebe in 2007, you'd know what passionate fake 'gay' kissing is all about. And since Ryan is married, it's gonna be hard to downplay intimate scenes you'd normally do within the confines of your marriage... and apply it to a job... and to a bloke of the same gender. And sometimes, to most people regardless if they're actors or not, kissing is more intimate than sex. Which is gonna be a hurdle for Ryan's character who mostly initiates the kissing if he feels that way.
I think Danny is just more use to it than Ryan . They are both straight males and kissing someone especially when your newer to acting is expected . I think their kiss scenes are perfect especially now like they have being doing it for three years
