The surgeon that did my hysterectomy caused bladder damage trying to remove endometriosis. My bowel wasn't paid attention to. 5 years later, now I get told I have to have my colon removed by my GI. I'm sure the endometriosis has caused my problems. I take an extreme amount of constipation medications and yet lucky to go once or twice a month.

I can go 6 days without having bowel movement and my stomach bloated like hell that I cannot sleep well at night.
My MRI is on Tuesday and I had endo removal on 2007. The doctor was sure that I have this endo that grow to my colon or rectal. Will have appt for pre surgery on nov 18. I am lucky I move to texas and I have good healthcare package. Otherwise I am doomed.

I have struggled for over nine months with major gastrointestinal issues. I found I do have ovarian cysts and a lot of other hormonal/female issues due to hormones so I’m having a total hysterectomy. I am hoping they find endometriosis as being the issue with my GI issues. Thank you for sharing this info! This helps me know what to expect

so i just started having symptoms since January 2021 .. it started with my left side in the pelvis up to where my bowel is with pain / gassiness .. and up to my chest and neck and my whole left arm was tingly and numb and weak. i ended up having major heavy menstruation and big clots and every time i have my period and only then , i have rectal bleeding also... and went to emergency. they ran ecg for my heart , and some other tests .. my u.s . showed that i have fibroids, and possible endometriosis.. however im still undergoing tests with my ob gyn ( endometrial biopsy , mri ( possible pinched nerve ) but i think my arm is connected to this bowel thing. :(( every month when i get my period , its wayyy worse.. everything .. ive never been so bloated and gassy IN MY LIFE. I hope i find out whats wrong!@

I have endometriotic deposit in rectoveginal septum... Is it possible for me to get pregnant naturally? Or do I need surgery?

Can bowel endometriosis can also cause , gastroparesis? I have stage 4 endometriosis on my bowel .

Hi. I can’t give specific medical advice but if you have deep endometriosis on the bowel then you might have it on the small bowel near the stomach too. If that lesion is stenosing, then that might cause delayed gastric emptying, but this is very rare. An abdo-pelvic MRI read by a radiologist specialised in gynaecology might show this. The bowel can look normal at laparoscopy. Good luck and best wishes

@@GynaecologyUltrasound Hello again , thank you so much for replying so quick . I went for endoscopy because I was throwing up 40 to 50 times in a day . They said i have gastroparesis, and I have severe endometriosis on my bowel area , very bad one . And endoscopy guy told me it can be because of Endometrosis . Any idea any particular food to avoid 😔🙏
