If you feel like you're going to be constantly dove over and get burst out at the later stage of the game and want to survive you may opt into RoA. Be tanky, be annoying, that it will disrupt and spoil the plans of your opponents.

For the Phase Rush, I think it's for evasion against Azir, especially. A hit-and-run playstyle, because you don't want to be stuck in the same spot while trading with Azir, because he threatens you with his great zones (Sand Soldiers). Also, later on with the RoA build, as they weren't able to burst you, you will outrun them as well. Tanky, slippery, and annoying with good damage and anti-dash tools.

@@julsegs i much rather go seraphs + zhonya than rhoa + that cdr item. same hp with seraph shield same cdr since seraph gives 25 and you get zhonya active which alone is superior ro w.e rhoa provides.

Idk if this is troll or not but what do you think about Liandrys + Riftmaker into a tanky team? Idk what mana item you'd go, maybe Ludens, or you could go ROA for extra HP I guess.
Seems like a fun build to me at least.
Oh and to make it a bit more troll, go ROA and go Conqueror XDDDD

How come you do add a point to her ult at 6?

it is the trick on Taliyah, when you add point early you will have 3s cd when someone touch you, but if you add point while fightning you will not have cd and can be used instant
