Normal USB 2.0 or Newer=Better? Then Capture Card is an option it usually mounts as an imaging device the issue is latency and budget ones have an excess of 80-500MS that's why you don't see them USB-C different question potentially... PCI-E the best for budget it can be the same latency as USB but can be 30ms.

Well we need some more info. As:
    Actual Latency numbers.
    Range?
    Image Compression?
    Max Resolution?
    Max Refresh Rate?
Cause a 50ms compressed 1080p30 image is fine for TV, but you can't game on it.

czcams.com/video/_cLsK2YZwDU/video.html its not a review of these but its basicly the same thing tho i bet it is some what improved apon but the problems still will be there just like wifi signal your better off with cables, since they can transmit much better data to your device.
This short doesn't go over the cons of these, tho you can clearly see the one of the cons in the footage that your colour range to the screen will be more wash out looking since to even get the display working great they need to cut the amount of colour to send to in the signal since more colur to send to the screen the more the signal will get messy since too much data in the air making it messy and so your screen will stuggle to capture it.

Yes, but the enourmous data rate that needs to be transmitted might have complicated the development of these for a long time, the technology to replace a cable with wireless that has to handle data rates of up to 50 GBit/s without interruption for uncompressed images took long to mature.

I couldn't imagine playing a game on them. Probably close a 1/2 second lag. They probably have gotten better, but so have resolutions and the data needed to push through that connection.
