Only when we are brave enough to bring our mental illness out in the open to everyone will there be good changes in our lives. We do not not need to hide. I have a mental illness called… Borderline personality disorder. And I have thoughts of suicide sometimes but I have a good therapist and I can dial 988 or I can dial 911 and I know I can talk to somebody out there. Please choose life. I must add I attempted to OD on sleeping pills on July 22, 1989. I’m 72 years old right now… Sometimes I have sucky days and sometimes I have wonderful days.😊
