另外我想問下，stream A or B 去到加拿大嘅醫療係咪一landed 就免費？有朋友有長期病患，需要每日食藥，去到加拿大可以享有免費藥物嗎？定要自費？

@@w7633452 據我個人經驗，一land咗嘅時候要申請咗MSP先可以免費掛診，不過要自己搵family Doctor。另外佢都唔係全包㗎，藥物方面要自己比錢！
