Hi Ruby Your recipes are so simple yet very tasty Your way of explaining each step with exact measurement makes it very easy to follow (I hate it when ppl just say put everything according to taste even if it’s salt) I believe when following someone’s recipe it should be done exact so one can have the correct flavour that is intended out of the recipe I have yet to come across someone who can explain it as finely as u do When making dough many chefs just say put water to ur desired quantity and I always wonder what that is But you have made it very simple by telling exactly how much has been used Awesome!!
