The Pepsi thing, it was in the original comic and Araki never got permission for it, so the anime was officially when Pepsi gave the OK for it, with the caveat that they use the proper logo for 1999 which is when part 4 takes place. Since the manga was done prior to 1999, the manga sign looks different. In the video games the sign is there but the branding is misspelled, dodging the issue

That IS a stand. it's Koichi's stand! (the one that looks 10, he's actually 15) It's Part 4 EP29 Highway Gogo Part 2! Basically he asked a nurse for some info, she told him to go home and made fun of his height and it hurt his feelings and so he called his stand Act 3 for help. Hopefully this makes sense

10:20 I’m kind of a new anime viewer but I believe they call it parts instead of seasons, also there’s 9 parts in total, 8 of them are finished and the 9th one is ongoing right now and in each part it follows a different JoJo

I think you gave him more information than necessary, like who's Giorno's father, the origin of Josuke's hair or basically the plot of the highway star arc, those are things that aren't necessary to know before watching the show...
Josuke Higashikata fits the name requirements because the kanji for "suke" in his name, Josuke, can also be pronounced as "Jo" in Japanese. so he could also be called Jojo Higashikata
