5 Best Hikes in Sicily Italy 🇮🇹 Solo Hiking Road Trip

Solo hiking in Sicily. April is a great month for hiking in Sicily, Italy. I went on a hiking road trip in order to explore the amazing nature of the Italian volcanic island and selected a list of hikes that would showcase its diversity. Four out of the five hiking trails are located on the 'mainland' of Sicily, the last one sits on the Aeolian island, Sicily's volcanic archipelago, of Alicudi. I went hiking alone through deep canyons, on high peaks, along wild coastlines, and on remote isles. This is the story of my solo hiking journey.
Sicily is a great place to travel to for nature lovers, not only for culture and food experiences.
