I think at the moment I am just grateful for any small chunk of time that I feel up to recording as it gives me something different to focus on for a small amount of time and I am thankful for that. Dearest Kate, just as everyone is stating no need to apologize, etc. Grief is not linear, it comes in waves, nor is it a race to feel "right/normal" again. Though it feels like nothing is "normal" right now. Someday it will, but it will be different. You take care of yourself and the kids. I hope that you and they are getting grief care. Kate I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I can not even begin to know what it would be like to suddenly lose my spouse. I lost my father from a heart attack when he was 42 but that is not the same kind of pain. Please look after yourself and give the kids a hug
