- Lifting overwintered starts of Elecampane, Inula helenium. Root growth and vitality of small pieces of root planted in a nursery bed over winter. Time to put in summer crops, Elecampane is ready for new homes.

Your hand cutter tool is from Korea, I have couple of them that I use all the times
If I have a small seedling w no stalk yet and about four leaves, can I just transplant it from a small container to a bigger one without cutting any of the top?
Yes.
Can we cook and eat the elf-dock / elecampagne leaves ?
I haven't tried that. Let us know if you do. My goats like them fresh...
