How to fix Macbook Pro 13-inch A1278 | Not Charging | only green light

Guys we received this device Macbook Pro 13-inch A1278 which is not charging it shows only green light.

This is also what happen to my macbook pro a1278. Only green light not charging. It turns on when connected to the charger but it is not charging. Do you think IC is also the culprit?
