- The Toronto Raptors have taken a 3-1 lead in the 2019 NBA Finals Presented by CZcams TV as they defeat the Golden State Warriors by a final score of 105-92 tonight in Oakland. Kawhi Leonard registered a career-high for points in an NBA Finals game as he led the Raptors with 36 points (11-22 FG, 5-9 3pt FG), 12 rebounds and 4 steals, while Serge Ibaka came off the bench to contribute 20 points (9-12 FG) and 2 blocks in the victory.
Leonard has now tallied 14 30-point games this postseason, joining Michael Jordan (14x), Hakeem Olajuwon, Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant (2x) and LeBron James as the only players in NBA Playoffs history with 14+ such games in a single postseason. Additionally, 8 of Leonard’s 14 30-point games have come on the road. Only Kobe Bryant (9 in 2008-09, 8 in 2009-10) and LeBron James (8 in 2016-17) have done so in 8 or more road games in a single postseason in NBA Playoffs history.

Kawhi has progressively got healthier during this series. He finally had his bounce back. He looked like Jordan again. If Kawhi wins this title he may be inching closer to top 15 all time. Two time defensive player of the year. Two time champ, two times finals MVP. If he can just get a regular season MVP he will be right there.
He could get regular season mvp the next year but he is the type of player to show up in the postseason. But he had a very good season this year .Giannis and Harden were too good but if he played 10 more games he would be in the conversation

This was the most important game of the series and kawhi dominated that third quarter and in the first quarter kept them alive you could tell kawhi playoff run took a toll on him he was very tired not as aggressive and possibly more injured luckily his teammates showed up that game which most were inconsistent thru most of playoff Vanvleet finally showed up when baby was born lowry so inconsistent as usual gasol would get you 16 or 2 next night but game 6 they balled out as a team

And he should've won the fmvp, he had 37 points in the deciding game 5 and averaged 26 ppg for the series. He just had one terrible game in game 2. Iggy was great but lets be honest besides game 4 he didn't really stop LeBron from scoring, lebron still put 40 pts on him.

Switch iggy with some random role player and the series might be different.
