    This is a 20 minute yoga for bjj class that will improve your guard game. If you play a lot of de la riva, reverse de la riva or half guard, this will bring your game to the next level as we work on lower body mobility and lower body flexibility. You are going to specifically work on your outer hips, piriformis, groin and inner thighs as well as quadriceps. This video is great to do on your rest days or after your bjj training.
