    ;- ingredients.
    Kobbari pachadi.
    1" fresh coconut.
    Cutting small size.
    Chopped coconut in a water.
    Wash.
    Add the lemon size tamarind in a bowl.
    Water.
    Soaked 10 minutes.
    Keep it a side.
    Stove on kadai.
    Add the 1 Tbls of oil.
    Add the 1 Tbls of coriander seeds.
    2" Tbls ' of white sesame.
    20" ps' red chillies.
    1" Tbls ' of cumin seeds.
    Roast.
    Transfer the fried chillies in a plate.
    Add the 1 Tbls of oil.
    Add the chopped coconut.
    1/2" Tbls ' turmeric powder.
    1" Tbls ' of salt.
    Mix well.
    Roast.
    Stove off.
    Add the fried chillies in a mixture stone.
    Crush them.
    Add the salt to taste.
    1" garlic.
    Add the soaking tamarind.
    Add the fried coconut.
    Grind into a fine paste.
    Add the tamarind soaking water.
    1" onion.
    Transfer the blended paste in a plate.
    Stove on kadai.
    Add the 1" Tbls ' of oil.
    Add the 2" Tbls ' of buy seeds.
    Add the crushing garlic -1.
    Roast.
    3" red chillies.
    Add the hing to taste.
    Curry leaves.
    Add the blended coconut paste.
    Mix well.
    Stove off.
    Kobbari pachadi is a ready.
