In this small clip, Chief Instructor Alvin Guinanao teaches the core principles of Silat Buka Lingkaran (S.B.L.) mainly against a jab, cross, and hook then followed by takedown or sweep and finishing technique.
You can now come and experience Silat Open Circle in person at one of Alvin's SBL seminar. Seminars are open to the public, martial artist of all levels, both male and female.
