The end result depends on how you want it to be....either porridge or watery....someone can decide to go for the porridge one and will put not to add enough water and someone too can out for watery and so will add more water. However, the volume of your fragrance will also determine the state of your product.

I am not sure if the ingredients you used and if you learned from us then you didn't miss anything...but as far as we know, fabric softener doesn't foam...rinse your cloth well before you use it to rinse the cloth
