@@EmmaVeelle I suppose you could snap just about anything you wanted there, like a water bottle with a snap hook or a carabiner. But I'd never hook a breast collar that high or to a small piece of leather that light - it'd never hold when you need it to. Breast collars need to hook lower to the D-ring rigging. Some saddles even have a double D-ring there just for that purpose. A breast collar that high will not be holding the saddle against the horses breast but against his neck and wind pipe - not a good place.

Why does the video end before you? Short and sweet is fine, but I was hoping for an explanation of WHY you would want a ring on your saddle strings.
