I think it's a little different when you're watching your S.O. with another person, vs doing one yourself; it may be "part of the job" for the actor doing the scene, but, difficult to watch ones romantic partner with another person.
I view sex scenes in much the same way as pornography. There’s really no such thing as actual informed consent when it comes to stuff like that. Thirty years down the line you could be haunted by something you did in your twenties. Not just in the “oh I was so stupid,” way but in a “oh god I was taken advantage of and violated for (potentially perverse) entertainment,” with uncountable consequences. Problems with emotional and physical intimacy are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to things like that. It’s even worse in the internet age too. Unlike in the days of pin up magazines under the mattress the internet means a single image can be accessed anywhere on the globe by _anyone forever_
