How has this held up? This looks like brittle clear plastic, has anything broken yet? Good quick, cheap idea for mounting. I would use 2 zip ties on each end just in case one broke. I don't like that the gauge cluster is covered. I am thinking about mounting mine on the rad/ VCT intake vent cover. It's at the front of the quad, up high and out of the way of the gauge cluster.
Late response: but as of today I've had 3 boxes on 3 machine and only 1 needed replacement from overtightened tipties that broke the clear tabs at the end to mount it. Id say this is a very great sealed box and has not yellowed or anything. It's not as brittle as it looks.
