On the 2/8/21 my life was turned upside down. I had a stroke and it has changed my outlook on life forever. If you want to avoid stroke, change your life! Do it. Avoid stroke at all costs!
Hey Ross - sorry to hear such sad news. It really is a shame. I remember your videos from throughout the pandemic, the lorry driving to Madrid, Gibraltar etc. It's sad - it really has humbled and turned your life up down. You bring solid advice and a real wakeup call for many of us.

Stroke hit our family a few years ago with my Grandma, but unfortunately she didn't make it so can understand completely.
