But with the help of google analytics you will find out who visits your website, when, at what time, what they are buying and much more.
The downside is, Google analytics can be a little complex if you are a beginner or never used it before.

As someone who truly is a beginner this video presentation is WAY more helpful than anything I'm presently taking in my Digital Analysis course which is one of five core courses in a Digital Marketing Certificate program offered through one of Canada's main universities. I am happy you're covering this now. Here is my question: one of my clients doesn't know or remember his Analytics credentials so I dont have access to it. What should I do? Is there a way to gain access to his Analytics or should I create a new one?

Probably the best damn video I've seen that actually explains analytics in straightforward terms I understand. As an SME I need to be much more aware of the idiosyncracies of my website and thanks to you I now do understand it better. I've also downloaded the dashboard thank you and have subscribed. I made my first call only campaign in Google Ads and now I would like to have the calls from the campaign set as goals in Google Analytics. While searching for the answer I only come across explanations about calls from the company website, but so far I have nothing on tracking calls directly from the paid ad. Thank you in advance!

I've watched the whole video and thanks for laying it out on laymans terms. Something doesn't make sense to me. You've highlighted "dog-walking" as the page with the highest bounce rate around 15:08, but at 29:44-29:58 it shows that this same page has the highest avg time spent and is the "most interesting". How can it have the highest bounce rate when it's also the page where most users spend time on?????? I'm confused.
Hi Marvin. Thanks very much for your input. In answer to your question, these figures aren't incompatible. Although there is a high bounce rate, visitors who stick with it tend to spend a long time on it. This makes sense as it is a very long article page. Hope this answers your question.
