Hey Telstra - your 4G in North Canberra is broken

Hey Telstra. Since ~10am Monday 7th the northern part of Marcus Clarke Street and Australian National University have had an appalling 4G signal resulting in virtually no Data transmission being possible. Calls have been logged and NOTHING has been done. Here is a speedtest video from outside of 60 Marcus Clarke Street. 3-4 bars of 4G and appalling results on both Telstra and Aldi Mobile. The only workaround is to disable 4G.
Please get your #### together and get this fixed. This is affecting at least 15 people and businesses I know.
