I moved into a new apartment back in February and having a washer and dryer after 13 years without one is such a game changer! I too used to wash my clothes by hand, but in my tub. I also have a dish washer in my new place đź in my 32 years of life, Iâve never had a dishwasher đ So that has freed up so much time.
Love love LOVE the coffemaker sceneđ!! I am shocked that washing was so expensive for you, in Switzerland when we rented, there was always a communal washing area with a pay meter, that cost max CHF 2.- per washing!! So glad, it changed now. You have a lovely light and spacious place, enjoyđ!

I also have a glass-door no-tub shower, and someone this week just told me that a portable, removal, collapsible tub is a thing apparently?! I haven't investigated yet, but that could be a nice thing if you like baths once in a while
