Cleanliness of HDBs are also good. every month they wash the floor corridors. They clean the pathways. They do mosquito fogging and there is a grass cutting schedule. There is a separate HDB committee who looks after the HDB regarding the cleanliness and security.
Prices are almost the same if you carefully look at the Property guru insights. I guess now the prices are bit low when compared to 2021 and 2022.
One disadvantage in Condominiums is very less space compared to HDBs. Vending machine, BBQ pits available in HDBs too.
There are pre schools, medical centers (SATA ) in HDBs. HDB s always situated around the main facilities such as MRT/LRT, supermarket(Fair price/ Shensong) , public schools, hawker centers.
I don't know about much about landed houses. I think there are different types of landed houses as per Property guru such as semi detached , Good conditioned Bunglows etc. I think you could have done better research than this, or else you could have done a video only about Private condominium where you live.

These chargers are mostly for the accommodation facilities closer to Simei/ Tampines. Also in 2024. Prices can be differ from place to place. Also there are certain HDB’s which are much cleaner and also some Condo’s which are not clean and tidy. It all depends on the cleaning frequency/ tenants who are living in and all. Also we mentioned that the security in Singapore is top class. Only thing is mostly HDB’s are not covered as Condo’s and doesn’t has a formal full time on service Security staff.

It seems very difficult to find a room which allows cooking. Most of the rooms are not allowing cooking/ light cooking only( only boiling water for noodles).

I agree with you. It’s a bit difficult to find a place where they allow cooking. But it’s not impossible. First you try the rooms with cooking allowed feature. If it’s difficult, you can search for rooms which allow light cooking. Then you can let the Landlord know we are from Sri Lanka and we would do a bit of cooking and can promise them that we would clean everything just after cooking. Most of the times they agree. Also if you go for coliving, try to find a unit where other tenants are Srilankans / Indians or other south asians. Because they will tolerate you more easily 👍
