Morning all. *Update about Newzeland Recruitment process* Please share this message with your family and friends if you know anyone planning to come to NZ for doing CAP to become a registered nurse. There is a recruitment freez imposed by Health NZ and the government until further notice. No recruitments are allowed even to replace resignations. This could well be in place for the rest of the year. However, recruitment agencies in Kerala are still sending RNs to NZ by offering false promises. There are hundreds of nurses struggling to get jobs after completing their CAP and finding means to meet their basic needs. A lot of them have already returned to India, and others are sadly planning their return trip with regrets. Recruitment agencies are not giving the correct information when they enroll, and they keep exploiting people's vulnerability and desperation for money.
