    Definitely next on my list when adding butyl mats to the bottom of the floor. Thanks again Tony!

      @@vialettotony i couldnt manage to adjust my camera while removing middle console which i removed for changing handbrake :) if you have time to do, do it for people :) your channel is going to be good "how to .... Giulietta" in every way.

    Thanks for sharing. My floor is clean, but the foam under the seat hardened over time and now rubs the metal parts of the seat underneath, not only it is noisy but you can feel it through the seat, this drives my OCD crazy. :)

    Loving every video...have to take mine to the shop next week...sone annoying issues...one mod I d really like to do n now know how I could start, remove the seat n put a Recaro or whatever makes me sit lower n hold me better, in... I seem to be too thin n light for the original seats for good support...keep up the great work.thx for the videos

      Hope so too... Dont wanna end up with a money pit G ... Love this car but all the little isdues n stuff are getting annoying...especially all seems to head into major repars needed direction n no idea if the used car warranty will cover it all...

      How tall you are? I find the lowest sitting position on Giulietta very low for my 184cm, at least for how the dashboard and the rest of the car is configured. I see some people in Golfs driving so low you can only see the top of their heads, but that is not very safe nor useful really. Not only visibility, but I find the center of gravity being too high if sitting at the lowest position, not sure if this is just how I got used to sit.

    Love to see a video on how to replace the rear main crankshaft seal and clutch, flywheel, bearings in a TCT box. Just happened to my Guilietta feels bad. Most people won't touch due to software needed for the gearbox. Jokes aside nice videos man you gained a subscriber from me!

    Hi thinking of installing a set of Giulietta leather seats but the are electric and my Lusso ones are manual. Read that electric seats can't be made to work without some fettling so Just wondering how easy it is to swap over the seat bases so put the manual seat base on bottom of the leather seats so I can still adjust them manually, are they rivets or Torx bolts.

    • @vialettotony

      Perhaps some time soon. I need to prioritise on stuff that needs doing first like brakes and other suspension parts, but I’ll add it to the list 😉. Thanks for watching and subscribing if you have. Really appreciate it. All the best.

    Hi Tony. My front passenger seat is creaking. I'm guessing it needs some lubricant somewhere. The question is, where?

    • @vialettotony
      @vialettotony  Před 3 lety

      Hi Shola. Did you post Facebook the other week and everyone said about sticking sponges in your seat? Just curious……
      I suppose where you would put lubricant, would depend on where the creak is coming from. Does it creak as soon as you sit on it, when you lean back, or only on bumpy roads??? I’d probably start with the slide rails and move the seat back and forward a few times and then go from there. Let me know how you get on. 👍
      Thanks for watching and subscribing if you have. Really appreciate it.

    I see you have the trim level with the AC vent in the back as well. I have the trim level without it , instead of the AC vent there is an ashtray , but if disassembling it I could see the entire ac tunnel is there. do you know if I can convert my trim level with some parts to have AC in the back ?

    • @vialettotony
      @vialettotony  Před 3 lety +1

      Hi Sagi. I’ll be making a video soon about removing the centre console, which may give a bit more away. I would imagine that many of the parts are there, but wouldn’t know for sure in your case. I can’t imagine it should be too difficult, but hopefully when I’ve made the video, we’ll see more. Thanks for watching and subscribing, if you have, really appreciate it. All the best.

    my driver seat has noisy springs in it that sound like a faulty suspension. Have no idea what to do about it

    • @vialettotony
      @vialettotony  Před 4 měsíci +1

      Depends on the creak/squeak but I know strangely that some people have sprayed some WD40 on the underside of the seat section (up in to the springs) but of course it depends where it’s coming from. All the best 👍
