Bunch of youtubers have that noob movement in boxing. I've been boxing for 9 years and I'm 23 now and I think a very important thing to teach is how to stand. How to use your feet when circling around and how to move back or forward. All these youtubers seem a bit clueless and probably aren't being coached by professionals. Sensei you should help our your friends, I'm pretty sure you know what I mean.
Brian Gutierrez not only that but their defense are just not good, fousey is extremely static. Heavy hiter but at boxing if you don’t defend well, you ain’t doing shit with those heavy hits. Meanwhile wasabi moved some but he didn’t had Rythym, his def was also bad, he didn’t try to evade or block. And that’s why he lost, he fastly jab but with that much jabs he got really exposed ( but he ran back sometimes so that wasn’t that bad) and the difference of weight is really big. Fousey is much heavier.
@@juanfransalgado3111 Yea. 10000% agree with you man. But defense takes awhile to get the hang of and it'll eventually get better with their reflexes the more they practice. I just find it pretty funny, with all the money they have they can't get a decent coach to teach them the foundations. You can't teach a baby how to run if you haven't taught him how to crawl.

For a month it’s really standard to be that bad but what it bothers me is that they feel like they are Floyd or mike level when they don’t even compare to sr. Mayweather. I remember when I started I got beat the shit out a lot of times because I wasn’t that good ( I think I’m better than them because they make a lot of mistakes) and instead of making shit like fousey puting in his tittles “ I got knocked out * embarrassed*” I worked harder and harder. I just expect they practice to give us a good show and not a similar thing to this spar.

Of course they’re defense is gonna be sluggish and their reaction time isn’t gonna be there yet. Just give it time, they’ll start to move better. They ain’t pros.

Ibrahim Allan I don't think so, Adam is really really good at boxing and if u were really following him u would know that he's actually gonna fight a really experienced fighter so I guess that's not really the reason.
I would say in my opinion that he doesn't want to fight an experienced fighter that also is bigger than him, and to be honest it makes sense.

@@kamrankhandevil It's not about being taller, It's about weight. That's why in boxing there's weight classes. Alex honestly had better boxing skills, but fousey landed a hard punch which is contributed to his body mass (weight).

smaller guy was way faster tho ...just kept was chin high ..speed kills ...tbh and the height is a huge plus aswell if you know how to use it....also power is power, weight does matter but ive seen smaller guys hit way harder then bigger guys so all in all it was a even fight ...one guy was taller ,and way faster with better skill, the other took his time ,KEPT was chin down and fought on the inside like the shorter fighter should . good fight tho

I've never seen somebody make the team and decide what position they want. Who doesnt wanna play QB and Catch the ball? The coaching staff chooses your role based on your skill, you dont walk in and say "I'm starting QB and WR when I feel like it".

If you rotated that means u shared the spot with someone else which means u weren’t a real starter. And look at somebody like ben rothlessburger. Actually slipping rolling and ducking isn’t as important for amateur boxers. I’ve had 2 amateur fights and my opponents in sparring or those fights don’t utilize advanced movement much of at all. Go hit a bag with just punches, then go hit a bag and roll every time you throw a combo, you’ll see why beginners don’t do a lot of that their first match.
