My Sophia has the breathing, heartbeat and sleepy noises. Her hair is the same as your Sophia. Ive purchased 0-3 months clothes for her and they fit beautifully. She is just too cute!! Shes a large newborn size, I currently have her in a newborn outfit and its a little snug so she could probably wear 0-3 months also if you like a more comfy look.
