Back in the 90s there was a story here in New York. A woman divorced her husband and got custody of their daughter. She began dating strange men and one of them raped and impregnated the daughter. The daughter kept telling the mom but she refused to listen. The teen daughter hung herself and the boyfriend went to jail. A year after the girl died the mother , her friends and a news crew went to the daughters grave. The ex husband jumped out of nowhere and emptied a clip of 9mm into the mother. He found out what happened and took out his revenge for the loss of his little girl.

@@jessegoodyear5547 Oh please! The mother can't keep the child from the father unless she kidnaps the child. It's called visitation and can be arranged to have the child transferred to the non-custodial parent at the court house. If the mother fails to show up she, ends up with a warrant for her arrest. Furthermore, that does NOT excuse the fact that deadbeats owe S113 BILLION in back child support. You are literally trying to claim that the mother is kidnapping the child and therefore fathers have no responsibility to support their children. Do you even think before you speak? It's clear you're overly emotional and hyper defensive about deadbeats.

I agree that is why I'm taking my time in choosing a partner and not be pressured by society to have kids coz" time is running out" . Also it's not only about mothers. Years ago when a man impregnates a woman he had to marry her because they understood the value of family. Nowadays well🙄. Women need to close their legs too and choose a partner wisely. I think alot of ladies especially in their 20s and 30s allow society to influence them into thinking they need a man right now or they'll be single forever. They don't look at the qualities of a man and if he values marriage and keeping a family. I'm not against getting married young I just believe everybody's life is different and not all women or men find the right partner in their twenties. Others find their right partners even in their teenage years so I find it abit funny when people all over the internet say find your partner in your twenties.
I also think it has made alot of people go astray and made wrong choices. I strongly believe if I gave in to that pressure I would probably be a single mother myself.

But a child need one man and one woman as parents.
If you believe two women or two men can do the same job as a man and a woman. Then you're not only wrong, but you're a lost case.
A child needs his mother until they are about 6-8yo, then the father is the most important parental figure. Without one of them, the child is guaranteed some sort of emotional failure in life.

When they find out abouty record, they always fire me. If I tell them ahead I get politely declined.

My parents stayed married until my brother and were adults and on our own then they divorced. They never fought but my mother really was a single mom because my father worked long and hard hours to provide us a good home. I am a single mother now of a very fine young man - he is in college. My son's father chose to leave the family but I always insisted that he will be a part of of our son's life and he is. I have told my son his father is a wonderful person. I never degraded his father to him. I never fought with his father. It is better for a person to be raised in a nuclear family but it is possible for a single parent to raise fine children. I know plenty of single fathers and mothers and they have wonderful children too. I know nuclear families and they have problematic children just as equally as they have wonderful children. Parents have to instill values into their children. And parents need to not only protect their children they need to provide them with skills and resources and if the child starts to act out the parent/s need to start looking for the cause. Is counseling needed, is God needed, is mental health needed, is interaction needed ...because some problems are beyond good parenting. We should celebrate parents that raise good children whether they are single or co-parent.

As a woman who has been married with kids and single with kids. who has both gotten government assistance and who makes too much to qualify I can say that this man is ignoring many factors that play into single motherhood. Most women who get divorced are because of the inequality in distribution of work load. In the 1950's the cost of living was low enough for a husband to work while the wife took care of everything at home. Today a husband would have to make over 6 figures to afford a household alone and most men do not. So now wives also have to work to contribute to the household income. However despite this women take care of most of the household needs. Which means both mom and dad have to wake up and go to work outside of the house. married women who work wake up before the household and go to sleep later to take care of everything needed.there are studies that show that even though more wives work outside of the home they still take care of 80% of the household needs. the households where husbands take care of 20% are few. Households where women stay married the husband is an active participant in the household workload. meaning he also does laundry cook dinner put kids to bed. So maybe if men are present in their households this trend can reverse. If your going to compare today to the 50's compare everything.

It’s sad, my husband has repetitively asked that he be able to see his daughter during child support hearings, he is literally told that has nothing to do with support obligation and he needs to hire representation, he said he has no money to due to having a family to take care of and the judge told him his first kid that he had when he was 16 (with a 21 year old woman) take presedence and he shouldn’t have had more children.
Men in this country are set up for failure and the systems in place are garbage. His babymomma literally told him he can take her to court and waste all our money because it’s a mother state and she’ll win anyways.

They are the parent default custody was given to. There is a distinct difference. According to your logic if the father wants to be in that category he has to stay with the mother. We all know women file for divorce and break up the family the most, they just get to take the kids when they leave.

Family court creates this problem when they side with the mother 85% of the time. The news gets out. Every rational woman would go to court, with an 85% chance of winning...and every man would avoid court. And the court's bias ensures every divorcing couple would go through court, since it only takes one person to go to court. And the wife would usually be incented to go to court. And more couples going to court ensures more child support is awarded. And the courts then get incentives from the Federal Gov't for collecting more Child Support. Are we seeing the fraudulent scheme the courts are executing on our citizens?
