Did Nike just send me a pair of fake Desert Elephant Jordan Retro 3s?

I purchased a pair of Retro 3s from Jimmy Jazz and did not like the QC so I decided to just hold on to them and search for another pair. Nike ended up restocking the the same shoe so I purchased with the intent on returning the pair I bought from Jimmy Jazz and keeping the pair from Nike. But the pair from Nike turned out to be a nightmare
