INGREDIENTS
(HINDI)
---- मुरमुरे का नाश्ता ----
आलू (मध्यम आकार) - ३, साबुत
मुरमुरा - ४ कप (७५ ग्राम)
दही - १/२ कप
प्याज (मध्यम आकार) - १, कटा हुआ
अदरक - १ इन्च
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
चिली फ्लेक्स - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते - २ चम्मच
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
मीठा सोडा - १ चुटकी
बेसन - ३ चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - १ छोटा चम्मच
---- इमली की चटनी ----
इमली (बिना बीज) - १/२ कप (५० ग्राम) (१/२ घंटा भीगी हुई)
खाद्य तेल - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १ चुटकी
गुड (कूटा हुआ) - १/२ कप
चीनी - १/४ कप
काला नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
सेंधा नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा (भूनकर पीसा हुआ) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
अदरक पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
काली मिर्च पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
(ENGLISH)
---- Puffed-Rice snack ----
Potato (medium size) - 3, whole
Puffed Rice - 4 cup (75 gm)
Curd/ Yogurt - ½ cup
Onion (medium size) - 1, chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Chilli flakes - ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 table spoon
Salt - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Baking Soda - 1 pinch
Gramflour - 3 table spoon
Edible Oil - 1 tsp
---- Tamarind Chutney ----
Tamarind (seedless) - ½ cup (50 gm) (soaked for 30 minutes)
Edible Oil - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Jaggery (beaten) - ½ cup
Sugar - ¼ cup
Black Salt - ¼ tsp
Rock Salt - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds (roasted & powdered) - ½ tsp
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
Ginger powder - ¼ tsp
Black Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ¼ tsp - Jak na to + styl
