The lyrics of Alone are so sad and the production is brilliant. Jimin brings back the call and response thing into this song. The last line of the chorus is "Make it right, it's gonna be alright" and the response lalala is actually "Lie Lie Lie Lie" 😳. The voices in his head telling him not to lie to himself. It is similar to what the weekend does now, but I love what Jimin did with the 80s synth pop, the chord progressions with the Melodies had this slight angsty vibe that was so perfect, I LOVED the instrumental break after the first chorus, just immaculate

Like crazy is superb
It’s a great mix of light r&b and 80 music… And I usually don’t like retro 80s genre, but this I love! This song makes me high as if I’m on drugs. It’s so addicting.
The long wait for his solo music was so worth it!
Well, that was a good surprise! I wasn't sure you were going to like Like Crazy because you've already mentioned not being fond of this type of sound, but in the end you ended up liking it the best, ahah. You are right though, the melody is very well writen and flows well through the whole song.
Personally I can't chose between Set me free pt2 and Like Crazy. These two really made a strong impression on me. And they are nothing alike, and nothing we expected at the same time. I'm really happy of what he gave us. The members just keep reminding me why I like them so much.

The interlude includes Jimin last concert speech ( Yet To Come In Busan) and the end of it, the water I think it's actually him pouring a glass of alcohol. In Like crazy, you can see how he uses alcohol to calm/evade that emptiness so it makes sense since they have talked a lot about how after performing in front of huge mass of people they feel alone at their hotel rooms so the fact that the next song is "Alone" just makes so much sense
