Why should you nominate a colleague for an Ampersand Award? | City & Guilds Foundation

The Ampersand Awards are about celebrating our people, our values of inspire, improve, achieve and trust as well as our purpose - helping people, organisations and economies to develop their skills for growth. More importantly, they are a great way to recognise those fellow colleagues who consistently demonstrate our values and bring our purpose to life in the work that they do.
In 2022, the awards will be going into its sixth year and we know there is a lot of great work across the organisation to be celebrated. Open to all staff at City & Guilds, they are peer nominated and peer assessed - meaning that it’s you making the nomination, and other colleagues assessing them. Everyone has the opportunity to recognise someone or a team for something big or small.
Nominations are now open until Friday 29 July 2022.
