@@duckrails3790yep. It's mostly because goods trains on heritage railways these days have wagons with little to no brakes at all so there have to be Brakevans at the front and the back to be safe.

I was about to ask why Oliver has 2 break vans but then I realised one can move on it's own
They should really make toad driveable.
