I have no idea. If she’s a citizen or permanent resident she can bring in extended family. If not, then just partner and her children
The Czech MOI seems to have stopped giving visa for a while now. For almost a month now, no visa.
No one can tell if they approved or not.

I can’t say what “skills are booming in Czech”. Learn a skill that’s the main message to be honest. Where it comes in it’s upto you and your community

I thought it was only criminal record and that is meant to be super legalized at the embassy on the day of interview

I have gotten admission, and tried to book for visa appointment for this April but I did not get an appointment. I'm feeling depressed because the same thing happened to me last year. Now I have May and June to try again
