To fill the big heart with candy, what if you filled it first and then put the open box on top of the filled heart then quickly turned it over.

What’s the chocolate ratio you use for 1 heart?
Hii and it varies, I use anything from 1/2 cup to a 3/4 cup of chocolate for 1 heart. Although its best to melt 1 cup of chocolate to have enough to move inside of your heart ♡

I love your work. I too am a chocolate artist. Do you ever have trouble with 'cocoa butter bloom'? I made the cutest chocolate puppies and within two days they had a white chalky bloom. Any suggestions would help greatly. Thanks so much. I also do smash hearts. For Christmas I'm doing a round ball filled with goodies....
