Wow. 43 years ago I worked the grinding section at the local machine shop. I ran a Blanchard surface grinder, a Heald internal grinder (probably why I can't hear today), and the most frightening machine in the shop, a centerless grinder. Watching this video is like watching science fiction.
This japanese machine tool (dmg mori seiki) in combination with a japanese control (panel) like e.g. from mitsubishi electric, is an almost unbeatable combination in the lathe industry !

Die Maschinen sind an sich nicht schlecht aber der Service ist absolut schlecht genau so das Programm wo man es nicht mal auf die Reihe bekommt das ein simpler Stückzähler funktioniert in diesem Fall an einer NTX 1000 2 Generation

DMG Mori is great, but Celos is not for efficient production. It is most frustrating system because it is not at all intuitive.
