Imagine Entertainment and Imagine Television were founded in November 1985 by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard. The two companies specialise in feature films, television series, documentaries and branded content. The two founders remain as chairmen of the company, and Michael Rosenberg is the co-chairman of Imagine Entertainment.
