Today, for the first time, I made and ate pickled salmon sushi by marinating salmon for a day.
I tried spreading the sweet sauce on it, but before I ate it, I was skeptical, wondering if it would go well with it, but I was pleasantly surprised after eating it! It's now ranked among my favorite foods (=^･^=)
It was a happy time and I enjoyed the delicious food today.
