19:23 the reason it clashes out is because both MUI & ULTRA ROSE have "overpowers most other long ranged special move cards" for their blue, since they both Overpower, they cancel out instead
Id imagine MUI's plat does one of two things:
Increase gauge recovery when using cards
I.e. strikes, blasts, greens
Or
Decrease gauge consumption when
Being tapped, being strike/blasted, when idle
He needs only type neutral

Anyways, if that happens I like to suggest some effects for his 2 new Unique abilities:
First one will be based on himself, Having a slight increase of gauge restoration and an increase of Damage Inflicted against Tag "Rival Universe" and "Powerful Opponent" And also giving a bit of support ability to allies of Tag "Universe Rep" and character "Frieza" of a little damage increase and defense up
Second will be based on allies, Increase damage inflicted and Increase defense every time he loses an ally, and if there is no Allies left, heal himself for a bit, Go type neutral for a short period of time, Nullify Endurance and Cover change for a short period of time, and extra permanent Card draw speed by 1
aaand Draw the Ultimate Arts
Death Effects: Increase allies strike damage for 10 counts and destroy enemy's dragon balls by 1
Green Card effect if zenkai: Cover Null for 2 timers, Ultimate Damage up by 3 instead of 2
Blue Card: Reduce Timer Counts by 4, Cancel 3 random Enemy Upgrades, Type Neutral Damage
Ultimate: Cancel ALL enemy Upgrades

I thought about a really interesting unit the last few days whivh i'd would love to here your opinion on, it's about a transforming false super saiyan goku from the Namekian Slug movie. I think it's a really underrated form which would fit great on a legends all star or some' like that, maybe with a new sparking slug character as well. So like i said i'd love to hear your thoughts on the idea man (even though ik it would'nt change much about it getting added to the game in the end)

Zenkai passive 1: the unique gauge doesn't deplete over time. Whenever he switches back from standby with full gauge, he gets +2 card draw speed, 100% to ki recovery, 100 ki on entry, 100% sustained damage cut, and 50% penetrate: sustain damage cut.
You don't even need a second passive after this.

I think it’s crazy how the mechanics that broke pvp years ago are outdated now. LFVB with his 2 strike card draw was insane at the time, MUI punishing on an auto dodge and auto winning clashes was broken, go/friezas card destruction with c vanish restore and rush counter are arguably falling off as well and they broke pvp for a while. It’s crazy to think that UL gohan will feel like ULGB in the upcoming year.

Not really. He only does that for game original units. So that includes: Goku & Bardock, Giblet, Zahha, Bulma, and probably a few Hero/Extreme units. If they aren't game original, then it's only a 25% buff, which you can get more from better units.
