One of my all time fave bands. Every album rules. Wildly overlooked. Smooth Criminal was a blessing and a curse.
The drummer definitely looks like Louis from Suits! They have another new song now, Fade.

The Spotify version is definitely better sounding than the video. The stereo separation is there and the guitars aren't pushed back. Someone done messed up with the video mix. Also I think this is the original lineup except for the bassist. From what I know, he left AAF to finish his degree and now he's a family man who does sessions as a bassist but don't think he's in a full-time band. He is such a good bass player.
I've seen them live three times. One time they hit up the bar of the venue after their gig. I ended up doing a lot of shots of whiskey with them. Then i got kicked out of an uber. Don't remember much after that.

The band Fiends is hella influenced by Alien Ant Farm vocal melody wise but more heavier which I think is cool
It's an issue that unfortunately happens quite often with music videos - somehow the sound becomes mono in the final video. It's usually a bad export job on the video editors end.

During the chorus, all I could think is... tesseract! Was not expecting this kind of song, underwhelmed me a little to be honest, still an ok song
I'm glad I'm not the only one who made the Tesseract comparison
If anything this song is a little more technical for them, I love this new direction
I definitely agree that the music video mix of the song is a lot worse for some reason, but strangely the guitars come through a lot more in the mix on streaming platforms so idk why they decided to do that

the production cheaped out but it was a great hooky song. defo had a tasty AAF sound to it, the bass totally owned that song.
