Today I’m making “GUMBOLAYA” in a LODGE cast iron DUTCH OVEN. I’m not sure if it is a real thing, but this is a gumbo and jambalaya combination I decided to try out for my own Mardis Gras party in the woods.
I made all the steel cooking stuff myself.
Thanks @eddiegorden for sending me the goodies, and the little spoon, so I could have a taste of Louisiana Creole Cooking!!!
