This song has so many layers and different musical influences it is insane. Post-Violin solo, you hear so many elements of European Power Metal implemented into the guitar solo and transition beyond. Also their drummer is INSANE. Took me right back to my high school days and hit me right in the feels.
When that violin solo came in I just got major chills. the kind that rattles you to the tip of your toes. The transition was so on point that the contrast in the moods alone before and after it gave it a much more powerful impact and it ended up highlighting both sections. Exquisite songwriting!

Fuki (the singer) is very beautiful. She has the same vocal strength as Yuko (Wagakki Band) and they look very similar (almost the same face like sisters). I love 'em both.

Unlucky Morpheus was formed by Fuki whose other name is Tenge Fuyuki (the former name in this band) and the guitarist Shiren whose other names are yuki and Hirano Yukimura in 2008. So it has a history of over 10 years. It has started from one band of a project named 'TōHō project' which is a general name of products about games, books and CDs produced by ZUN from 'Shanghai Gengaku-dan'. All songs had been composed by this guy until they released an original album in 2014. They have released 23 albums (the original albums are 4), 4 singles, 1 best album, 2 live albums, 2 live DVDs and 2 live blu-rays until now. But we can buy most of them at only special online shops in Japan, if we'd like to get them at a regular price. Furthermore, a lot of them are discontinued or not re-sold for a long time, even Japanese people can hardly collect them. The 1st album named "Hypothetical Box" in 2008 costs over 100 dollars at online auction even though it is secondhand. For your information, Unlucky Morpheus has an official abbreviation. It is 'Ankimo'. It is a Japanese food suitable for alcohol whose identity is a liver of the frog fish (Ankō).
