I have also faced s21 fe white line issues. And it is still there since March 2024. Customer care told me they won't be providing any kind of free or discounted screen replacement as my product is already out of warranty. The display will be changed on chargeable basis.
I used to recommend my colleagues to use samsung over other phones. But now I have to stop it.
Poor service. Ridiculous.
Boycott Samsung we have also paid that much of amount so why can't we get the free replacement
Warentty main nhi hai kiya..?
Every phone brand is facing this problem even apple noone are giving free replacement actually

Now the samsung is charging 13 k to replace the screen....isn't it their duty to fix this either by rolling out new software update or free replacement ....1000 of people are saying the same issue....samsung should acknowledge this issue

Samsung waale kitna zaada lootte hai iska andaaza is baat se lagta hai ki meri Behen ne discount coupon & card offers wagera laga k sirf 6 mahine pehle S23 FE 52750/- mein liya, aur 2nd May, 2024 se same phone Flipkart pe 33999/- mein sale par hai. And obviously, is mein bhi company kuch na kuch toh earn kar hi Rahi hai, toh socho pehle kitna zaada kama rahi thi.

Requirement for me is the best video camera phone which I can use for 4-5 years and I've 25k budget, so should I just buy Samsung F54 or consider extending my budget to 30k and buy S21 FE because it has Flagship camera 🤔
Also, F54 is 256 GB with SD card slot at ₹23k but S21 FE is just 128 GB with no SD card slot at ₹30k 😢

@naveenkumarmandadi7838 no i didn't find any solution because it is a hardware issue meaning that the screen itself is damaged.
I think the cause of it MIGHT be overheating issues which may cause the flex cable (the cable which connects screen to the motherboard) connections to come loose hence the green line, but im not really sure about this.
Samsung should extend their policy for free screen replacement for the remaining users. Im going to call Samsung maybe tomorrow and complain about this issue again (i did before as well).
This is a problem caused from Samsung's side and they should be the ones to fix it for us FOR FREE!!!!
Edit: Let us all raise a complaint so that they can extend the policy. We need to find a common media where we can unite and push Samsung to extend the policy. Twitter seems to be the one which gets the most attention along with Reddit

You can't downgrade. And even if it were possible, it still wouldn't fix the issue because this is a hardware issue, meaning screen is damaged

Mai is phone ko camera ke liye le rha hu. Meri wife isse CZcams Shorts ke liye video banayegi. Koi gaming nhi, refresh rate ka koi matalb nhi hai. Maximum time front camera use hoga. Aur ha use phone me kuch jyada chalane bhi nhi aata CZcams ke alawa.

Nothing user experience pe focus karta hai but meri wife ko isse fark nhi padta. To kya fe888 meri wife jaise video creator ke liye sahi rahega. Jyada time wo gar pe hi rahti hai. Location Delhi hai. Kya aisa to nhi hoga ki battery fool jaye ya 30 min lagatar camera use karte waqt band ho jaye???

Camera ke maamle me s21 fe nothing phone 2 se better hai. agar aapko bss camera performance ke liye lena hai toh aap isko le salte ho but iske updates jayda nhi milenge but agar aap chaho toh aap Samsung S22 ko bhi dekh sakte ho. yaa koi aur brand ke sath jaana hai toh jaa sakte ho.
