Anyone from sambhal ✋Bhut hi zbrdast se zayke hote hain yeh..
They used Kewra water, rose water,stone flower(chabeela in local dialect) jayfal,javitri,kabab cheeni especially for the fragrance. One more thing is that They people use to cook on low flame (dheemi aanch) for the best outcome. As temprature play a vital role in cooking. Sambhali cooking is inspired from Mughalai cooking as you were saying kababs are like Lucknowi's Tunde kabab .

Woahhh😍😍 This is my Home Town and these foods are real Gems of Sambhal. I always tell my friends about these mouth watering kababs I always have a routine for a whole day of eating whenever I visit. I start my breakfast with Tahir's Tasty haleem me and my friends we always have a healthy competition of who will eat most plates of haleem in one seating 😅 and in afternoon we have these soft kababs but with biryani this combination is deadly. Man i wanna tell everything about my hometown everyone must visit and enjoy these delicacies. Thanx @Globalcenter for visiting and showing these foods to the world. ❤️

یحی بھائی آج آپ کے ویڈیو کو دیکھ کر دل مچل گیا. سن 2000 سے 2006 تک سنبھل میں پڑھائی کی ہے، طاہر بھائی کا حلیم اور ناظم بھائی کے کباب پوری بے تحاشہ کھائے ہیں آپ نے سب یاد کرا دیا. طاہر بھائی کے حلیم میں میرے پڑھائی کے زمانہ سے ہی مکھن استعمال ہو رہا ہے اس وقت حلیم بریانی کی پلیٹ 5 روپئے اور مکھن 2 روپئے کا ہوتا تھا. واقعی دل مچل گیا. ایک آخری بات سنبھل کی بریانی میں گلاب کی پتیاں اور کباب چینی بہت زیادہ پڑتا ہے شاید وہ خوشبو اسی مکسچر کی ہوتی ہے.
