You'd be surprised. I had the new Hyundai Ioniq and I timed it to 60MPH is 8.5 seconds!
Steve Hastings no way, in California they really need to prove how fast their car is… they go like 15 mph past the speed limit all the time. they think it's ok cuz they're saving the environment, but those first gen priusses had such "basic" engines that, at highway speeds, they're actually consuming more fuel than a comparable gas car these days. idk what it is with priusses and the us, but it's not like they're that ideal, just cheap to run and reliable.
I'm European and gasoline is expensive as hell but still, I couldn't really deal with a CVT in my daily

@@xenongames7533 It has. I drive a 2nd gen Prius and it is one of the generation that revs high when you accelerate hard. But that is just a behaviour that you get used to and can deal with. To me it is the most comfortable way to get through the daily traffic.

In Denmark taxi drivers use Mercedes, Volvo, Ford, Volkswagen, Skoda, BMW, Audi and there is some rare Tesla taxi’s
But most of Them are some kind of Mercedes e class and Volvo V90
Some of the private taxis use Mercedes and bmw but its more expensive
