Ingredients:
Milk - 250 gm
Sugar - 1/2 cup - 2 tbsp (90 gm)
Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 2tbsp
Cornflour - 1tbsp
For Homemade Khoya / Mawa:
Desi Ghee - 1/2 tbsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
For kesar Milk - Kesar Strands - 10- 12
Hot milk - 2 tbsp
Cream - 3/4 cup (185 ml)
Dry Fruits (optional)

Whenever i see icecreams, I'm reminded of the day when i had to go the doctor since i hogged chilled icecreams during the rainy season and got bad cough. The doc after checking my breathing, gave me TWO injections up my bums. I kept rubbing my bums till I reached home though i was driving my bike. After reaching home, my aunty asked me what flavour icecreams the doctor gave me. When i didn't reply, she said that i got butterscotch on one side and chocolate fudge on the other side. She told me that she's happy that i got painful injections so that I'll remember it whenever i see icecreams during cold seasons

Ma'am when we add mawa in whipped cream it should be completely melted in cream or crunch (or granules )of mawa will remain in the ice cream mixture.pls reply
Granules will remain .. mix the khota as much as you can . But still granules will remain, infact these granules taste yummy

Which non dairy cream and milk powder you used in ur recipe?
Dear I have used Mavee’s silver mark nondairy whipping cream you can use any other non-dairy Whipping cream like tropolite or rich and for milk powder I have use Nestlé dairy whitener .
For cream if you do not find this nondairy whipping cream, you can use any other cream like Amul fresh cream to make the ice cream
